It is sufficient for a human being to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his spine straight. But if he must (fill it), then one third of food, one third for drink and one third for air.

*Explanation* : Sealed with a seal means that the reward for this deed will remain untouched/un-cancelled till the day of Qiyamah. Other deeds that one does, can be canceled due to the person committing a sin even after being written by the angels in their scrolls. However, this particular deed will not be affected by such.

✦ Hadith : Juwairiya Radi Allahu Anha reported that Allah's Messenger Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam came out from (her apartment) in the morning as she was busy in observing her dawn prayer in her place of worship. He came back in the forenoon and she was still sitting there. He (the Holy Prophet) said to her:
You have been in the same seat since I left you. She said: Yes. Thereupon Allah's Apostle (Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: I recited four words
3 times after I left you and if these are to be weighed against what you have recited since morning these would outweigh them and (these words) are:
*سُبْحـانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْـدِهِ*
*عَدَدَ خَلْـقِه* ،
*وَرِضـا نَفْسِـه* ،
*وَزِنَـةَ عَـرْشِـه* ،
*وَمِـدادَ كَلِمـاتِـه*
✦ Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi.
✦ Adada khalqihi Wa ridhaa nafsihi,
✦ Wa zinata Arshihi Wa Midaada Kalimaatihi

Glory is to Allaah and praise is to Him, according to the number of His creation and according to the pleasure of His Self and according to the weight of His Throne and according to the ink (used in recording) words (for His Praise)."

Rasool-Allah SallallahuAlalhi Wasallam replied: Allah Subhanahu has prohibited the earth from consuming the bodies of Prophets.
