Devastating floods have left a third of Pakistan under water. Over 1,100+ deaths have been reported, 733,000 houses damaged and 33 million people displaced. Torrential monsoon rains have had unprecedented detrimental impacts which could take years to recover from.

May Allah hasten their recovery and grant them sabr through this trial.
The UN accuses China of “serious human rights violations” in recent report looking into allegations of abuse in “Xinjiang province”. “Credible evidence” of torture was found amounting to “crimes against humanity”.

The long-awaited report followed UN Human Rights Commissioner Michelle Bachelet’s visit to the region. Uyghur activists have been advocating for years that a genocide and systematic repression against Uyghur and other Turkic ethnic Muslims was taking place in Chinese occupied East Turkestan.

China has fiercely denied claims and supposedly put pressure on the UN to not release this report. The UN finally recognises the crimes of the CCP against Uyghur Muslims. Critics claim however the report fails to recognise the crimes as a 'genocide', which was recently evidenced by the International People's Tribunal.
To help the fight to end the genocide against the Uyghur Muslims and other Turkic ethnic Muslims in East Turkestan, head to:

At around 6:30pm this evening Queen Elizabeth II passed away. She reigned as the longest serving Monarch in the history of the United Kingdom. During her reign she witnessed 15 Prime Ministers, and in her wake she leaves behind four children, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

As Muslims we ask, how should we react to such news? How did you react to the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II ?
