ISIF 产品 IP 更换 FAQ:
Q1: 更换 IP 是否会导致我的数据丢失或服务中断?
A: 理论上不会影响数据，关于服务可能需要您自行配置新的 IP 地址。

Q2: 更换 IP 后线路是否会有变动?
A: 去程[大陆=>海外]方向由于联通过白进度缓慢，需要等待一段时间才能恢复直连。回程[海外=>大陆]方向与当前网络一致。

Q3: 更换 IP 后续费价格是否会有变动?
A: 服务期内暂时不会调整价格，后续请等待进一步通知。另外由于 IP 资源短缺，非 46 段的 IP 地址被墙/投诉更换费用从 5EUR 调整至 10EUR。

Q4: 什么时候才能轮到我的产品? 更换 IP 需要多久?
A: 所有产品会分批次更换 IP 地址，信息会在该条公告内更新，请保持关注。更换 IP 为人工处理，发起工单后请耐心等待。

📢 Product Plan Update & Important Service Notice | China Optimization Compute (CO)

Dear users,

Thank you for your continued trust and support for the China Optimization Compute (CO) product line.
Since its launch, CO has helped many users complete early deployments and business validation — something we truly value and appreciate 🙏
Over the past months, the external network environment and resource costs have changed significantly.
After carefully evaluating stability, compliance, and long-term sustainability, we have decided to restructure the CO product system.

🔎 Background: Compliance Requirements & Cost Structure Changes

Recently, we received a notice from our upstream IPv4 resource provider:
Their LIR account and IPv4 resources were fully reclaimed
Previously promised long-term discounts were confirmed to be part of an exit scam
They failed to honor contractual delivery guarantees still in effect
To avoid impacting existing services, we must:
✔️ Replace affected IPv4 resources immediately
✔️ Re-procure compliant and sustainable resources
✔️ Ensure overall network stability and security

At the same time, we are also facing:
📈 Continued increases in upstream IPv4 costs
📈 Higher inter-network carrier costs
📈 Noticeably higher network optimization and maintenance costs

If the original CO architecture and pricing model were to remain unchanged, risks would accumulate and eventually surface — something we absolutely want to avoid for our users.

🔄 Key Changes
1️⃣ CO Will Stop Accepting New Orders

Starting January 1, 2026:
CO products will no longer be available for new purchases
No new instances will be provisioned

2️⃣ Existing CO Instances Will Be Migrated to COP (China Optimization Plus)
To ensure long-term stability and unified maintenance, we will:
👉 Gradually merge existing CO instances into the corresponding COP plans

During the migration:
✔️ No service interruption
✔️ Network strategy upgraded to independent optimization across the three major networks
✔️ Billing and operations unified under COP

Meanwhile:
🎁 Existing discounts and benefits
➡️ Will be smoothly carried over proportionally and will not be lost

Please note:
📌 After the merge, renewal prices will follow the COP pricing model
📌 Service quality will not be downgraded — overall stability will improve

3️⃣ Some Products Will Require IP Replacement (Important)
Due to upstream reclamation and compliance replacement:
➡️ Certain nodes will receive new IP address ranges.

This change affects only:
👉 IP addresses

It will NOT affect:
✔️ OS and data
✔️ CPU / RAM / storage
✔️ Bandwidth or traffic allocation
✔️ Service running status

Before any change, we will notify you via:
📩 Ticket / Email / In-dashboard notifications
including maintenance windows and new IP details.

If your services rely on:
Firewall rules / allowlists
API binding
Origin / WAF / CDN policies
Fixed source validation
please update configurations after the change.

🔎 背景说明：资源合规 + 成本结构变化

近期，我们收到上游 IPv4 资源提供商的通知：
其 LIR 账户及全部 IPv4 资源被回收，
先前承诺的长期折扣被证实为恶意退出（exit scam），
且未履行仍在合同期内的交付保障。
为避免对现有业务造成冲击，我们必须：
✔️ 紧急替换 IPv4 资源
✔️ 重新采购合规、可持续的资源
✔️ 保障整体网络稳定与安全

与此同时，我们也面临：
📈 上游 IPv4 资源价格持续上涨
📈 运营商跨网成本增加
📈 网络优化与维护成本显著提升

如果维持原 CO 架构与价格体系，风险会在未来集中爆发——这是我们最不希望用户面对的情况。

🔄 核心调整内容

1️⃣ CO 系列停止新购
自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起：
CO 产品将停止新购
不再新增实例

2️⃣ 已在运行的 CO 实例，将合并至 COP（China Optimization Plus）
为确保长期稳定运行与统一维护，我们将：
👉 把现有 CO 实例，逐步合并到对应规格的 COP 产品体系
合并过程中：
✔️ 服务不中断
✔️ 网络策略升级为「三网各自优化」
✔️ 计费与运维体系统一到 COP

同时：
🎁 原有折扣与优惠
➡️ 将按比例平滑迁移，不会失效

需要说明的是：
📌 合并后，续费价格将匹配 COP 价格体系
📌 但服务质量与使用体验不降级，整体稳定性会提升

3️⃣ 部分产品需要更换 IP（重要）
受上游资源回收与合规替换影响：
➡️ 部分产品将进行 IP 段更换。

如果您的实例 IP 在以下范围内：
- 46.3.0.0/16
- 46.232.0.0/17

→ 将会更换新的 IP 地址
→ 其他网段的实例不受影响

📦 会影响什么？

会变化的：
- 公网 IP 地址

不会变化的：
- 您的数据、文件、配置
- CPU、内存、硬盘、带宽
- 系统和软件环境

⏰ 如何通知您？

我们会分批次执行，每批次都会提前通过 Telegram / 邮件通知您具体时间和新 IP。

⚠️ 需要您做什么？

如果您的业务有以下配置，收到新 IP 后请记得更新：
- 防火墙白名单
- API 回调地址
- CDN / 反代 / 回源配置
- 数据库、SSH 等访问限制

🔧 特别说明

1️⃣ 默认情况下，IP 更换完成后实例会自动重启
→ 如需保持服务不中断，可提交工单申请「免重启更换」，您需要手动配置新的 IP 地址。另外对于 dd 过系统的用户，也需要您手动配置新的地址。

2️⃣ 如您选择继续使用旧 IP（不更换）
→ 我们无法保证后续的网络稳定性和可达性

域名解析（DNS）
安全组 / 防火墙白名单
与第三方平台绑定的 IP
服务数据与系统配置 不会受到影响。

默认通过 Cloud-Init 更新 IP
如需 免重启更换（不中断业务）：
👉 请提前提交工单申请，我们将开启「免重启模式」，
并由您 手动配置新的 IP 地址。
⚠️ 若您的系统禁用了 Cloud-Init 或自行 dd 过系统镜像，
请您手动配置新的网络信息。

2️⃣ 若希望暂时保留旧 IP
请提前提交工单联系我们进行处理。
但需注意：部分旧 IP 已出现访问不稳定或不可达风险，
我们强烈建议尽快完成切换。
