Pretty interesting location for this company...right behind the main freemasons hall ...(near where some bodies were discovered in the carpark a few years ago)...lots of interesting buildings in that area including the Courthouse, the Apprentice Boys museum and hall, St Columb's Cathedral...too many to list here. Some interesting companies and organisations too..including the Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, the Holywell Trust, the Verbal Arts Centre, Makematic, Bishopsgate Hotel...loads more...too many to list here.
If you do a company director check on this area you will find a lot of surprising information.
Aw shucks. Looks like this might be where it all started....

The Mark Nagurski mentioned in the Digital Derry strategy document was previously based at the Londonderry Chamber of Commerce (when SDLP MLA Sinead McLaughlin was CEO).

Now Nagurski runs hugely successful e-learning company Makematic which he founded with Catherine Ross Davies....daughter of Pauline Ross, founder of the Playhouse Theatre.
Located in the Cathedral quarter...kind of sandwiched in between Bishop Street and Pump Street...a very interesting area. UV Arts recently opened a premises nearby...they are the graffiti arts organisation behind the mural to the Dalai Lama also unveiled recently.

It's all connected in Derry.๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
Professor McKevitt lives in Greencastle in County Donegal.
Looks like Derry might become the new centre for global education...particularly apt now with the huge focus on online education given the current pandemic.

As well as Makematic, Derry-based arts organisation the Nerve Centre have also formed a partnership with local charity Children in Crossfire again focusing on national and international digital education.

And again...it's all connected in Derry. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Pearse Moore, founder of the (MIT and fab lab affiliated) Nerve Centre is related to Richard Moore founder of the international Derry-based charity Children in Crossfire.

And Richard Moore, founder of Children in Crossfire, also features on the recent UV Arts mural mentioned previously, along with his dear friend the Dalai Lama.
It's all happening in Derry.
Interesting. Founder of Derry smart voting company is a former President of the Londonderry Chamber of Commerce
Hmm. Interesting.
The name NESTA sounds familiar to me in Northern Ireland
Derry in Northern Ireland getting hammered today again with chemtrails.
Unbelievably not a squeak about this from any of our political representatives or business and community leaders.
