بر اساس اطلاعات رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، شروین باقریان جبلی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله اهل اصفهان، تحت شکنجه شدید مجبور به اعتراف به قتل نیروهای بسیج در جریان اعتراضات اصفهان در شب ۱۸ دی شده است. لازم به ذکر است که این اعتراف تحت فشار شدید و در شرایط غیرقانونی اخذ شده است.
اکنون خطر صدور حکم اعدام برای او بسیار جدی است و این احتمال وجود دارد که بر اساس همین اعتراف اجباری اخذ شده تحت شکنجه، حکم اعدام برای وی صادر شود. در هفته های گذشته نیز صفحه فارسی وزارت خارجه ایالات متحده در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نسبت به وضعیت او ابراز نگرانی کرده و اعلام کرده بود که او به جرمی که مرتکب نشده اعتراف اجباری کرده و اکنون با خطر اعدام مواجه است.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، محمدپارسا امینی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله و ساکن کرج، شامگاه ۱۸ دی‌ ماه ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی جان خود را از دست داد.

طبق این گزارش، او در منطقه فردیس کرج و در حالی که برای کمک به فردی مجروح خم شده بود، هدف تیراندازی قرار گرفت. گلوله پس از ورود از ناحیه کمر، به قلب او اصابت کرد. خانواده این نوجوان پیکر او را از درمانگاهی که به آن منتقل شده بود به منزل برده و تا صبح روز بعد در حیاط خانه نگه داشتند، تا امکان انجام مراحل قانونی تدفین فراهم شود. آنها سرانجام پس از چهار روز موفق به دریافت مجوز دفن شدند و پیکر فرزند خود را به خاک سپردند.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Mohammad-Parsa Amini, a 17-year-old resident of Karaj, Alborz Province, died on the evening of January 8, 2026, as a result of being struck by live ammunition.

As detailed in the report, he was shot in the Fardis district of Karaj while bending down to assist an injured individual. The bullet entered through his lower back and struck his heart. The family subsequently transferred his body from the clinic where he had been taken to their home, where it remained in the yard until the following morning, pending the completion of the required legal burial formalities. طبق این گزارش، خانم جهان‌تیغ بیش از یک ماه پیش بازداشت شده است. امید ذبیحی در تاریخ دوم اسفند ۱۴۰۴ و میثم یزدانی، هدی فوری، مریم میرزایی و نیکا محمدی در سوم اسفند ۱۴۰۴، به دلیل فعالیت در فضای مجازی و حضور در مراسم چهلم جان‌باختگان اعتراضات سراسری اخیر، توسط سازمان اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت گردیده اند.

بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، تاکنون تنها میثم یزدانی آزاد شده است. تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، از محل نگهداری سایر بازداشت‌شدگان، وضعیت آنان و اتهامات احتمالی مطروحه علیه ایشان اطلاعی در دست نیست.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Omid Zabihi (a former political prisoner from the 2022 nationwide protests), Meysam Yazdani (uncle of the late Mohammad-Javad Zahedi, one of the protesters killed in 2022), Sanaz Jahan Tigh (a former political prisoner from the 2022 protests), Hoda Fori, Maryam Mirzaei, and Nika Mohammadi have been arrested in the city of Sari, Mazandaran Province.

The report indicates that Ms. Jahan Tigh was detained more than a month ago. Omid Zabihi was arrested on February 21, 2026, and Meysam Yazdani, Hoda Fori, Maryam Mirzaei, and Nika Mohammadi were apprehended on February 22, 2026, by the IRGC Intelligence, due to their online activities and participation in the 40th-day memorial ceremonies for protesters killed in the recent nationwide protests.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، فاطمه پورصادقی، معلم ۳۲ ساله و مادر یک کودک هشت‌ساله، روز ۱۹ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در رشت بر اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی به قلب جان خود را از دست داد.

طبق این گزارش، او در یکی از کوچه‌های خیابان فرهنگ رشت، همراه با جمعی از معترضان، هدف تیراندازی نیروهای یگان ویژه و افراد مسلح موتورسوار وابسته به سپاه قرار گرفت و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان درگذشت. مأموران امنیتی از خانواده وی خواستند که فاطمه را به‌عنوان «بسیجی» معرفی کنند، اما خانواده این درخواست را رد کردند. نهایتاً با ارائه تعهد و وساطت یکی از آشنایان خانواده که در نیروهای مسلح فعالیت دارد، پیکر وی به خانواده تحویل داده شد. خانم پورصادقی در شهر رودبار و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی به خاک سپرده شد.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Fatemeh Pour-Sadeghi, a 32-year-old teacher and mother of an eight-year-old child, was killed on January 9, 2026, in Rasht, Gilan Province, as a result of a gunshot wound to the heart.

The report states that she, along with a group of protesters, was targeted by gunfire from the Special Units and armed motorcycle riders affiliated with the IRGC in an alley on Farhang Street in Rasht. According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Seyyedeh Zeinab Razmjou, 63, a native of Dehdasht in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province, was killed by her son-in-law on Thursday, 19 February 2026, in Ardakan, Yazd Province.

The report states that on the day of the incident Ms. Razmjou was a guest at the home of her daughter and son-in-law in Ardakan. After leaving a mosque, she encountered her son-in-law and a brief exchange took place. The assailant then attacked her with a knife, struck her on the head, and used a brick to render her unconscious before dragging her behind the mosque. According to the report, he subsequently delivered multiple blows to her head with a brick and inflicted several deep knife wounds, resulting in her death. بر اساس گزارش دریافتی مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، سیده زینب رزمجو، ۶۳ ساله و اهل دهدشت در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، روز پنجشنبه ۳۰ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در شهر اردکان استان یزد توسط داماد خود به قتل رسید.

طبق این گزارش، خانم رزمجو در روز حادثه مهمان منزل دختر و دامادش در اردکان بود. وی پس از خروج از مسجد با داماد خود روبه‌رو شده و میان آن‌ها گفت‌وگویی کوتاه صورت می‌گیرد. سپس ضارب با استفاده از چاقو به وی حمله کرده، با وارد آوردن ضربه به سر و استفاده از آجر او را بی‌هوش می‌کند و به پشت مسجد منتقل می‌سازد. بنا بر گزارش، ضارب پس از آن با وارد کردن ضربات متعدد آجر به سر و ایجاد چندین جراحت عمیق با چاقو، وی را به قتل می‌رساند. گفته می‌شود تمامی این وقایع توسط دوربین‌های مداربسته ثبت شده است.

صالح محمدی، کشتی‌گیر ۱۸ ساله و عضو تیم ملی، از سوی شعبه ۱ دادگاه کیفری یک استان قم به ریاست قاضی سید محمد ابراهیم پور موسوی به اتهام «قتل عمد» به اعدام در ملاء عام در میدان نبوت قم محکوم شده است. گزارش‌ها نشان می‌دهد بازداشت او در بستر اعتراضات صورت گرفته، اما پرونده‌ای که ماهیتی امنیتی داشته، به یک پرونده کیفری قتل عمد تغییر عنوان یافته است.

بر اساس حکم، حادثه در جریان اعتراضات شب ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در قم رخ داده و یک عضو نیروهای یگان ویژه پس از سقوط از موتورسیکلت با ضربات چاقو و شمشیر کشته شده است. صالح محمدی متهم به قتل این عضو نیروهای سرکوب شده. وی این اتهام را شدیدا رد و گفته اعتراف‌ها تحت فشار اخذ شده‌اند.

Saleh Mohammadi, a 18-year-old member of Iran’s national wrestling team, has been sentenced to public execution in Nobovat Square in Qom by Branch 1 of the Criminal Court One of Qom Province, presided over by Judge Seyed Mohammad Ebrahim Pour Mousavi. He was convicted of “intentional murder.” Reports indicate that his arrest took place in the context of protests, yet a case that initially carried a security dimension has been reframed as a criminal case of intentional homicide.
According to the court ruling, the incident occurred during the protests on the night of January 8, 2026, in Qom. According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Vahid Ghasemi, a teacher residing in Fariman in Razavi Khorasan Province and father of a five-year-old child, was arrested on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at his workplace, Shahid Beheshti High School Fariman, by Police Command. He was subsequently transferred to Vakilabad Prison Mashhad.

One day later, on February 22, his mother, Mahnaz Haddad Kakhaki — who is also a teacher — was arrested while visiting the Fariman judiciary office to inquire about her son’s situation. She was likewise transferred to the same prison.

According to the report, the charges brought against Mr. Ghasemi include “disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic,” “encouraging participation in protests,” “insulting the Supreme Leader,” and “insulting religious sanctities.” Ms. Haddad has reportedly been charged with “disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic.”

بر اساس گزارش رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، وحید قاسمی، معلم ساکن فریمان در استان خراسان رضوی و پدر یک کودک پنج‌ساله، روز شنبه ۲ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ در محل کار خود در دبیرستان شهید بهشتی فریمان توسط مأموران اطلاعات فراجا بازداشت و به زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد منتقل شد.

یک روز بعد، در تاریخ ۳ اسفند، مادر وی، مهناز حداد کاخکی ــ که او نیز معلم است ــ هنگام مراجعه به دادگستری فریمان برای پیگیری وضعیت فرزندش بازداشت و به همان زندان منتقل گردید.

بر پایه این گزارش، اتهامات منتسب به آقای قاسمی شامل «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، «تشویق به حضور در اعتراضات»، «توهین به رهبری» و «توهین به مقدسات» عنوان شده است. برای خانم حداد نیز اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» مطرح شده است.

گفته می‌شود اتهامات آقای قاسمی بر اساس محتوای استخراج‌شده از تلفن همراه او طرح شده و اتهام خانم حداد در پی اعتراض وی به روند رسیدگی به پرونده فرزندش مطرح گردیده است.

به گزارش منابع مطلع، پیکر وی پس از اصابت گلوله ناپدید شد و نهایتاً با پیگیری‌های خانواده در تاریخ ۲۳ دی در سردخانه بهشت رضا مشهد شناسایی و به خانواده تحویل داده شد.

آقای محمدزاده که به شغل کابینت‌سازی اشتغال داشت، در تاریخ ۲۴ دی در آرامستان بهشت رضوان مشهد به خاک سپرده شد.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Mojtaba Mohammadzadeh, a 21-year-old resident of Mashhad in Razavi Khorasan province, was fatally shot on January 9, 2026, after a live bullet struck the right side of his temple in Meraj Square Shahrak-e-Hojjat, a neighborhood in Mashhad.

According to informed sources, his body disappeared following the shooting and was ultimately located by his family on January 13 at the morgue of Behesht-e Reza Cemetery, where it was formally identified and released to them.

خانواده این جان‌باخته پس از یک هفته جست‌وجو، پیکر او را در بهشت سکینه کرج شناسایی کردند. بنا بر گزارش‌ها، نیروهای امنیتی برای تحویل پیکر دو شرط مطرح کردند. پرداخت مبلغ مورد نظر و دفن بدون اطلاع‌رسانی در روستای پدری، یا اعلام کشته‌شدن وی به‌دست «تروریست‌ها». در نهایت، خانواده که توان پرداخت مبلغ مطالبه‌شده را نداشتند، ناچار شدند در گزارشی از صدا و سیمای البرز حضور یافته و اعلام کنند فرزندشان توسط «تروریست‌ها» کشته شده است.

رضا کرمی به حرفه ماساژوری اشتغال داشت و فردی علاقه‌مند به طراحی و نقاشی بود.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Reza Karami, a 33-year-old resident of Karaj in Alborz province, died on January 9, 2026, after being struck in the heart by a live round fired by security forces.

After a week of searching, his family identified his body at Behesht-e Sakineh Cemetery. According to reports, security forces set two conditions for releasing the body: either payment of the demanded sum and burial without public announcement in his ancestral village, or publicly stating that he had been killed by “terrorists.” Ultimately, unable to pay the requested amount, the family was compelled to appear in a report on Alborz Province Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) station and declare that their son had been killed by “terrorists.”

Reza Karami worked as a massage therapist and had a strong interest in design and painting.
