😁 Poor iPhone 17 Air is surrounded by rumors and leaks and sometimes it is difficult to stay sane especially when some pictures show as people call it 'Pixel's design'.
1️⃣ Well, in the second photo there is the back panel of an alleged iPhone 17 Air posted by a well-known insider Majin Bu, but the authenticity of the photo is debatable. The photo shows a full-width ‘camera bar’ on the back of the device, a big change from the current iPhone models’ corner bump. If the iPhone 17 Air features this camera bar design, that could be why another insider Ming-Chi Kuo specifically said the device would be 5.5mm thick at its “thinnest part.”
2️⃣ Another leak claims that the back panel will not be all glass, but with an aluminum alloy insert. The same insider says that the Dynamic Island area in Pro Max version will be even smaller thanks to superlens technology.
3️⃣ But Ming-Chi Kuo, contrary to various insiders about reducing the notch in the screen, believes that the size of the Dynamic Island won't change in the iPhone 17 series.
📆 With all of that said, we are still eight months away from unveiling iPhone 17 Air. There is still time for Apple to change the iPhone 17 Air’s design. Apple is likely prototyping multiple different design options and could ultimately choose to go a different route with the iPhone 17 Air’s design.

📰 Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, focused on Apple's future wearables ambitions, briefly mentioned the possibility of AirPods gaining tiny cameras. He did not explain what the cameras would be used for.
ℹ️ In a June 2024 Apple supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said Apple planned to mass produce new AirPods with infrared cameras by 2026. He said the infrared camera component would be similar to the iPhone's Face ID receiver. The new AirPods with infrared cameras would provide an enhanced spatial audio experience with the Apple Vision Pro headset.
👋 The infrared cameras could potentially enable "in-air gesture control" as well, allowing for device interaction with hand movements.
📆 If the alleged 2026 mass production timeframe remains on schedule, the new AirPods with infrared cameras could launch in 2026 or 2027.

👍 All this is possible thanks to the Find My feature for AirTag with sending a tracking link to third parties. Airlines offer to use this in case of lost luggage, but this feature can also help a lot against car theft.

🆕 images of the upcoming iPhone SE dummy units
🤔 These photos published by insider Majin Bu is different from those previously revealed.
➡️ The Action Button is present on the new shots. Also in the video we can see the shape of the 'notch' as in iPhone 14, which is different from the possible Dynamic Island in the 4th generation iPhone SE.
💬 How do you like these units?

In response to pushback from BBC, Apple has made the following changes to notification summaries in iOS 18.3:
・Notification summaries have been temporarily disabled entirely for the News & Entertainment category of apps. Apple says the feature will be re-enabled for this category in a future software update as it continues to refine the experience.
・Notification summaries are now denoted by italicized text on the Lock Screen. This helps better distinguish them from normal notifications.
・You can now disable notification summaries for an app directly from the Lock Screen or Notification Center by swiping, tapping “Options,” then choosing the “Turn Off Summaries” option.
・When you enable notification summaries, iOS 18.3 will make it clearer that the feature – like all Apple Intelligence features – is a beta.
・In the Settings app, Apple now warns users that notification summaries “may contain errors.”🔳 Visual Intelligence upgrades
Apple says that the update brings two new features to Visual Intelligence for iPhone 16 users:
・You can now add an event to Calendar from a poster or flyer. From the Visual Intelligence interface, just take a picture of that poster or flyer and Apple Intelligence will recognize the date and time of the event and add it to your calendar.
・Visual Intelligence can now easily identify a broader range of plants and animals.
The feature is available on all iPhone 16 models and can be accessed by long-pressing on the Camera Control.
To disable Apple Intelligence after updating to iOS 18.3, you can go to the Settings app, choose “Apple Intelligence & Siri,” then disable the Apple Intelligence toggle.
・Calculator repeats the last mathematical operation when you tap the equals sign again.
・Fixes an issue where the keyboard might disappear when initiating a typed Siri request.
・Resolves an issue where audio playback continues until the song ends even after closing Apple Music.

😁 Apple Intelligence's most important feature
🪧 Apple has posted promotional campaigns for “Imagine it. Genmoji it.” in various U.S. cities.
Driving snails, a hot dog with a case, an egg with arms and legs, a ballerina hippo, gold lips with diamond teeth, what Genmoji would you create?
