Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reported that Apple will introduce the Mac mini desktop computer on Apple M4 by the end of this year and the novelty will get the first redesign in the history of the device.
The size of the Apple computer will approach the size of the Apple TV box, but will be taller than the last current model on the M2: its dimensions are 36 ร 197 ร 197 mm. The Mac mini case will still be made of aluminum.
Presumably the new Mac mini will have at least three USB-C ports and one HDMI connector. There will be two versions to choose from: with M4 or M4 Pro on board.
According to Gurman, the expected timetable for Mac presentations on the M4 is as follows:
ใปFall 2024: MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini
ใปSpring 2025: MacBook Air
ใปSummer 2025: Mac Studio and Mac Pro

Previously, it was assumed that the updated tablet will be released only in 2028.
The Elec reports that Apple is going to release iPad Air with OLED display in 2026, and the main supplier of panels should be Samsung Display.
Currently, the company's only tablet with an OLED screen is the iPad Pro on M4, introduced in May 2024. The latest iPad and iPad Air still use an LCD matrix.
That said, while the company is using Tandem OLED technology in the new iPad Pro, which combines two OLED matrices at once into one for increased brightness and reduced risk of burn-in, the OLED display in the upcoming iPad Air is expected to get a more traditional solution without the Tandem OLED Display.
In addition to this, there are rumors that the upcoming iPad mini and Apple's foldable smartphone could also get an OLED screen.

According to Mark Gurman, Apple is not only developing a cheaper version of Apple Vision Pro, but also a second-generation headset and smaller smart glasses.
Despite modest sales of the augmented reality headset, the company plans to release a cheaper version next year. It's still unclear what will be simplified in this model, but its release has already been confirmed.
Apple is also still working on a second-generation Apple Vision Pro, though the release date is unclear.
As previously reported, in addition to the two new headsets, Apple is experimenting with a Ray Ban-like smart glasses format, but without any expected release dates.

Apple is looking for ways to get the price of the SE down, so the move to plastic will lower production costs. The aluminum case for the SE costs Apple about $5 a unit. The plastic shell likely will be about half that.
Another advantage of plastic: the material allows for bolder colors than aluminum and is probably more kid-friendly. Itโs no coincidence that Apple revamped its watch marketing several weeks ago to appeal to parents.

Leaker Sonny Dickson is back with a new dummy unit image showing all four iPhone 16 Pro color variants, including the rose gold or "bronze" unit that replaces Blue Titanium in the existing iPhone 15 Pro models. Due to the fact that Apple did not include a gold option in the iPhone 15 lineup, so a similar variant could see heightened demand.
One rumor suggests that Apple is using an improved process for finishing and coloring titanium, which will result in a glossier look than the brushed aluminum finish of the โiPhone 15 Proโ models. The glossy finish could look much more like the stainless steel that Apple used in prior years, but it will be more resistant to scratches.
The official color names are still unknown, but Apple may choose to stick with the Titanium colorway branding it used for the โiPhone 15 Proโ models.
Dickson has already revealed the colors for the standard โiPhone 16โ models earlier.
