๐ข In iOS 26, the alarm clock now allows to change the repeat interval to any number of minutes, instead of the standard 9 minutes. There is also a new alarm clock interface on the lock screen with large buttons and an enlarged current time display.

๐ค Thanks to the update, Apple headphone microphones will be able to function not as a speakerphone transmitter, but as a standalone microphone with full voice source detection functionality.
Finally, we will be able to hear conversation partners during the calls...

This means that users can turn any website into a PWA, effectively making it behave like a native app on their device. It will also be possible to switch to the normal icon-shortcut mode, which opens in Safari.
๐งญ However, unlike macOS, links within the established PWA are not fixed. This means that when you click on a link in an email or message, the installed PWA will be opened on mac OS by default, and on iOS, Safari always opens by default.
