• Employers and employees must jointly decide the pension fund and investment scheme under the Corporate NPS model.
• The employer must conduct an annual review of the selected fund’s long-term performance before switching.
2. More Choice for Employees
• Employees can make voluntary contributions to other NPS schemes under the Multiple Scheme Framework, even if their employer contributes to a fixed corporate plan.
• Employees should have the ability to choose the risk level or investment option that suits their profile.
3. Compliance and Operational Requirements
• Corporates must coordinate with Points of Presence (PoPs) for NPS-related processes.
• They must ensure that Central Recordkeeping Agencies (CRAs) are informed of the mutually agreed investment decisions.
