SIDBI GRADE A 2022 Interview Experience
There were 4 panel members 3 males and 1 female member I was in 2nd slot and my chance came almost at 5:30-6pm there were 2 panels and hmara panel double time le rha tha as compared to another panel
My interveiw panel was very coordial, aaj tk k sare interveiws me ye log sb se cool the
They started with my basic details like graduation kb kiya, what's famous in my city and all
Then as I told about the banking exams so they were like then your banking part must be good
So they started asking questions based on silicon valley crisis
And they were checking my understanding
Jaise SVB crisis me unhone teir 1 capital, teir 2 capital k components kya hote, bond yeild interest rate me relation
PCA h to kyo h kaise kam krta h
Non fund based facilties kya hoti h unhe whi kyo bolte h
Net present value kya hoti h
Listed and unlisted company ka valuation kaise krogi
Sidbi ka promotional and developmental role kaise kam krta h
Street vendor h usko loan dena h kya check kroge Pura step wise btao.. Phir isi pe cross questions
And few more questions on the similar lines jo abi yad nhi a rhe
Board members were chill but unko bookish answers nui chahiye the mai kuch b bol rhi thi wo har cheez me check kr rhw the ki mai bs nam le rhi hu or do I have understanding to unhe simple language me answers chahiye the jaise bachche ko samjhate h waise and usi pe they were cross questioning
At the end they were like aise cabin me baithne nhi milega gali gali me jake loan dena hoga, and then they said abi to tum choti hu but whenever you get married tell this ki your job is transferable, phir mai jati uske phle 1 sir bolte ki apke pas dusre jobs b h
To I said I will choose sidbi over those, to another sir was like Aapne dusre jagah b yhi bola hoga.. To I started explaining how sidbi is better so one of the sir was like aap bhot bolte ho aapko energy chahiye phle aap chocolate le lo chocolate le lo 😂😂and that's how the interveiw got over

Second to go.
Chairman: Tum graduation ke baad se kya kar rahi ho? Told. Then asked have you got an offer from somewhere? I said yes, PNB.
Ek sir mere right side ke: You came before as well na?
I said yes, this is my second interview at SIDBI. He asked what are your learnings from last year? Maine kaha mai nervous ho gayi thi. Mera first interview tha. He said okay and smiled.
Chairman again : why not electronics? Why banking?
Why sidbi?
Situation based questions to test my leadership quality and multitasking from psychometric test.
Jab unhe realise hua ki yes coherance hai toh he left it there only
Sir from my left side : What is difference between QIBs and HNIs.
Ma'am: family background batao. Father ke business ke baare mein pucha ki kitna production daily hota hai. Purchase kitna hai. Area kitna hai. Wahape kyu nahi jaana chahti? Small businesses can do very good. Why not there?
PNB and sidbi ki almost salary same hai. Yahape kyu aana hai?
Maine kaha sidbi mein jyada hai. She said nahi hum starting mein kam dete hai. Maine kaha no issues ma'am. I ll be able to manage my own expenses in that salary. Sidbi kyunki sidbi ka work nature alag hai and wo sab discussion.
Sir on the right: Kya padh ke aaye ho? Mane kaha sidbi and msme related sab. District centre visit kiya and branch bhi. Toh smiled and asked last year pucha isliye? Maine kaha nahi sir. Last year aisa kuch pucha nahi tha. Mai general ground knowledge ke liye gayi thi. Then asked kya kya hua sidbi branch mein? Kyu gayi thi? As a customer or as a candidate? Maine kaha generally gayi thi. Just to ask few doubts. To uske baare mein casual discussion.
Tumhara shop ka business badhana hai to kya kya karogi. Uspe ek lamba discussion.
Then asked food shop ke liye kaunsa licence lagta and kaun issue karta hai
Then all said okay done👍
Ma'am: one last question, shaadi ka kuch chal raha ghar pe? Maine kaha nahi
Toh asked agar kanyakumari posting di humne to bologe mummy nahi aa rahi to mai bhi nahi jaungi?
Maine kaha jaungi agar mere expenses manage ho rahe hai khudse.

SBI PO GD PI EXPERIENCE OF A MEMBER

Details - 5 minutes given before each to note down the points
Total time duration - 15 minutes each (but the candidates didn't realize how soon it passed)
GD - Started with a 10 second pause. In between also some pauses. This is the best time to speak. GD was peaceful. 1-2 people tried to speak too much, trying to dominate. Some went off topic. But in the end, this girl gave a conclusion and everyone agreed. Officials said, discussion was good.
5 minute break was given in between.
GE - 8 points were given. You needed to agree on 1,2,3 and 8th. Started with people describing all 8 points at the same time. As expected, the officials had to interrupt. The group reached consensus on 2nd, 3rd and 8th point. Many times it became a fish market. People were trying to prove themselves right. This girl tried to bring the group back to agreement whenever she could.
Interview - 5 panel members (1 female). All cordial and friendly. Total time 12-13 minutes. For working candidates, it went a bit longer. Questions asked -
How are you?
Why gap of 4 years?
What is reverse repo rate?
Profit and loss account, ledger, etc. and some other commerce terms (BCOM student)
Why SBI? How will you handle the work pressure?
What is GDP (she got confused and told the numbers)
Fixed assets
World boxing championship (asked to many people)
Overall - good experience. Very good hospitality by SBI. Lunch was provided.
