Validate various documentation, e.g. Ordering Form, Termination Form, Quotation, BoM list
E-store requests, e.g. B2B Order/Fulfillment
Liaise and build relationship with Supplier/Vendor


General office administration
Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor

 
Requirements

Some knowledge of service delivery and stock management in an IT environment will be an added advantage
Good in MS Office and MS Excel/SharePoint/OneDrive
Strong verbal and written communicator to deal with internal and external customers
Minimum a Diploma or Degree
Team player
Comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity
