We are hiring currently a Project Manager to join our growing operations!
Your role: You will be given autonomy to drive actual commercial projects with oversight from senior leaders in Techsumption. You will have direct liaisons with our external clients and stakeholders and add to our top line, and require strong project management skills. In addition, you should be inquisitive and enjoy challenging the status quo, provide suggestions to improve our operations and lead change management processes as our organisation scales.
The requirements: Ideally, you should be in university with a flexible school schedule where you can work at least two working days per week (We are happy to work out a flexible schedule with you). Double points if you are fluent in at least 3 languages, of which 2 are native fluency in English and Mandarin. We are flexible with remote working schedule once the initial onboarding phase is complete and we know you are able to contribute effectively in your role. You should be someone who can network with virtually anyone, who is passionate, energetic and positively lifts the mood of everyone he or she speaks to. We would like to have a committed individual contributor who is able and willing to go on this journey with us on a long-term basis.
Your compensation: Your base compensation will be SGD 1,000 per month, with additional CPF contributions (minimum 20 hours per week). You will also be placed on a performance bonus scheme, which offers quarterly bonus payout, dependent on your project output. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in Animation / Motion graphics / Interactive media / AfterEffect is a plus
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, an eye for clean design
Some experience in cross-platform design (e.g. Web, Android, iOS, Email, Social Media)
Self-motivated, dedicated and a good team player capable of collaborating effectively with leads and project members from various departments
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both external customers and co-workers
Preferred to have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the similar field
