Problem Statement: The collection of the demand data is done manually via Excel today. Employees in sub-teams fill up a template on a monthly basis as they plan their work for the next 3 months. It is a time-consuming process and is prone to inaccuracies and timeliness issues (people not submitting on time). It is also time-consuming to compile and analyse the data
Objective: Develop a solution that will resolve the issue with a target to reduce the time-spent on the process by at least 30%
Project 2: NGW II Function in an interactive way
Background: NGW II is the strategy WMS for countries in Asia Pacific. Not all countries resources have the skillset and knowledge to sell and solution new businesses on NGW II. We need to have a platform to store all NGW II materials for countries to self-help themselves on queries they have
Problem Statement: Currently, the function document is not archive in a common area and document is very lengthy in word (not user-friendly). When country resource has any query on the NGW II function, they will send an email to the solution center. Sometimes different countries will enquire on the same function. Time is wasted as solution lead needs to answer the same question over and over. There is also no media like video or animation to show how the NGW II functions in a warehouse to provide a better visual aid for people who do not know the product.
Objective: Develop a solution that will present NGW II function in an interactive way for countries to better understand NGW II and able to self-search on any query

Communication deliveries schedule with Operations team on a regular basis
Involvement in regular rolling stocktake exercises to ensure accurate stock in system vs physical
Transfer order creation. Includes but not limit to weekly stock replenishment to the stores, marketing request, defective stocks transfer from WH etc. Liaise with 3PL on the order processing and delivery date.
Check invoice against quotation & input inside system for tracking
Process and plan delivery schedule. Work with various internal departments as well as external parties on the delivery arrangements. Liaise closely with the driver on the delivery. Maintain record of the order and submit hard copy to relevant department for posting.
Assist in daily management of supply chain operations execution, handle operational issues associated with supply or demand volatility in warehouse and sales store including – but not limited to – supply constraints, or transportation issues, compliance issues or unexpected demands.
Assists in liaising with warehouse and other departments for order releasing and requirement
Support logistic activities for company’s retail activities
Releasing incoming shipment for warehouse to do receiving and reserve stocks for different channel
Checking on Form D, Invoice and packing list
Updating of documents from time to time basis
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

MS Excel – Vlookup is a must
Eye for detail, orientated, meticulous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Specific Accountabilities:
Build a site level financial dashboard in Power BI: 
· Design a standard layout and content for site level financial dashboard 
· Understand existing raw data structure and cleansing data if needed
· Create the visuals in Power BI 
· Test alternative the data input (manual input vs. direct data feed from server)
· Monthly refresh and sanity check on data dashboard
Maintain the existing dashboards in Power BI:
· Gather additional requirements to improve existing dashboards
· Create new visuals in existing dashboards
· Analyse and propose new process to further automate the reporting process
Conduct ad-hoc business analysis and create presentation for senior management: 
· Revenue development of existing customers
· Profitability analysis and comparison by VM/Country/Products/Services
