Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:

● Familiar with Redux or similar.
● Experience creating and interpreting architecture and models.
● Good communication skills, not reactive and proactive in suggesting for suitable improvements.
● Dependable and fun

Preferred:
● Any of the following is a plus plus: GraphQL Apollo, React Native, Golang, Android native and/or iOS.
● Understands concepts such as HOC, FP and memoization.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the laboratory administration & laboratory quality system.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Laboratory Management in sample workflow – the receipt & distribution of materials & products for chemical & microbiological testing (includes domestic & overseas) 
Support the Laboratory Management in work planning, schedule realization, result notification 
Support the Laboratory Management in day-to-day administration – purchase requisitions & orders, and receipt of test materials, inventory review  
Support the Laboratory Management in data quality – documentation, log-book preparation/maintenance, record archival
Support the Laboratory Management in output monitoring – preparation of KPI statistics & monthly charts 
Participate in laboratory general safety, 5S housekeeping, waste disposal & continuous improvement activities

Basic Qualifications:

NITEC, GCE ‘O’/’A’ Levels, or Diploma.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration support, preferably in laboratory or production environment.

Familiarity with cGMP
Effective communication & inter-personal skills
Verbal & written competency in English
Intermediate level proficiency of data handling tools (Excel, SAP) beneficial
