Job Description:

- Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Plan optimal transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate transportation-related documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and delivery confirmation.
- Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.
- Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Logistics or related field
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, carriers and drivers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
