We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and detail-oriented marketing intern to support our consumer & online activities – assisting in launches, campaign planning & execution, supporting promotional activities across retailers & key marketplaces just to name a few. You will work closely with the Commercial team to learn the ropes of strategizing, planning & execution.

Key Responsibilities (JD):

1. Collaborate with the Commercial team (Sales & Marketing) on strategies & coordination of campaigns & promotions in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok, Redmart, FairPrice Online, Watsons Online etc

- Manage and enhance store experience, includes product naming, curating content and creating assets such as web banners, product images and key product attributes.
- Collaborate with the e-fulfilment agency on store updates and monitoring to ensure visuals & store layouts are executed in a prompt manner & shopper journey funnel is seamless.
- Support the Commercial team with livestreams arrangements, Affiliates Marketing, KOL Conversion Campaigns etc.
- Support in customer review management and responding to queries when required
- Help with backend portal management (e.g., Seller Centre)
- Track key competitor activities during promotional periods – digit sales, payday sales etc.

2. Shadow Marketing team in Campaign Planning & Operations.

- Duties may include helping with in-store point of sale materials, KOL campaign curation – finding profile suitability and reporting.
- Prepare and pack PR kits for KOL seedings.
- Update on competitors’ activities.

3. Reporting and Others:

- Quarterly competitors’ price audit and e-Comm landscape update
- Champion sourcing of premiums for monthly promotions
- Support the team with any other commercial-related matters.

Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of e-commerce environment(Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, etc.)
- Good Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint knowledge
- Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will have added advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to details and data accuracy, with an interest in performance tracking
- Proactive, resourceful, independent, responsible, eager to learn, team player and good time management
- Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong creativity is a plus point

Preferred Background:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Prior internship or coursework in e-commerce/ marketing is a plus

Contract Period:

- 3 to 6 months
