JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the review of legal documents, including agreements, NDAs and commercial deviation lists, in alignment with company guidelines.
- Support the drafting and proofreading of legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
- Assist in the refinement of legal document templates and policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for all legal documents.
- Assist with legal research, gathering information on relevant laws and regulations.
- Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Open to candidates pursuing a degree or diploma in law.
- Meticulous, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and a keen interest in leveraging AI will be useful.
