Job Description

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle general HR administrative duties and documentation.
- Help organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working experience in the Retail industry is preferred.

Job Summary:

Scientific Research and Literature Review:
