Job Description:

Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues with software installation and application, identify sources of the problem and offer solutions.
Involved in the creation of new software and work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues in the development stage.
Analyze all aspects of the software and make suggestions throughout the development phase to help avoid issues in the final product.
Determine, review criticality and prioritize resolution of issues.
Resolve cases and support Lead Software Support Analysts.
Engage in Knowledge Management process by creating and using materials.
Guide clients to use self-help resources.
Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in-person.
Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements.
Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
Record issues and solutions to troubleshoot guides.

Requirements:

Good knowledge in the fields of computer science
Passionate to work in the information technology sector
Willing to work overtime when required to meet important deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work well with others and lead a team
Proficient in written & spoken English
Good time management ability
Possess analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge in HTML, Cpanel, WHM & AWS is a plus

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Kreab’s internship programme aims to provide an opportunity for interns (the “Intern”) to be fully immersed in the Associate’s role. The Associate level is the starting point for individuals aiming to be professional account leaders and trusted communications advisors within the Kreab network. In Singapore, this position is usually staffed by fresh graduates or individuals with a few years of working experience. Over time, an Associate would be expected to develop client handling skills and play an important coordination and implementation role in servicing client accounts.
As such, the Intern will be required to work with Associates/Associate Directors/Directors and other members of the account servicing team in the execution of our clients’ communications activities and programmes as well as preparing for new business pitches. As the scope of our business is relatively wide, the Intern will be expected to assist with work in other areas as well.
The Intern will report to a supervising Director/Associate Director and work with other employees of Kreab’s Singapore office, and possibly overseas offices. Due to the confidential nature of our business and to safeguard our clients’ interests, we will require the Intern to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon acceptance into Kreab’s internship programme.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Intern is expected to work on a number of client accounts, and gain an understanding of clients’ businesses and the industries they operate in.
The Intern will be responsible for supporting the consultants on client accounts, as well as new business pitches. His/Her responsibilities include:
Analyst reports / research reports: Retrieving relevant analyst reports and research reports and sending the relevant reports to consultants
Media and analyst databases: Keeping our master databases up to date
Media Monitoring:

Monitoring of news publications for coverage relating to our clients’ business
Clipping of news articles and sending them to the respective consultants
Crafting the daily news reports

Media Coverage Books: Assisting the teams with preparing the monthly compilation of news coverage for clients
Client work & Projects

Assisting the consultants with on-going / ad-hoc client work
Providing support to the team during events

New Business Research and Proposals: Helping the team prepare for news business pitches by assisting them with the research and pitch decks
