Supply Chain Commodity Management in Global Supply Chain organization providing strategic supply chain support for Motor Base Assemblies (MBA) used in Hard Disk Drives (HDD).
- CMT Team members are in many countries around the world.

About the role – you will:
- This position has responsibilities related to supply chain and supply sourcing strategy and tactical planning, and support activities involving products for MBAs, participating in discussions on online conference calls and/or directly with the team members.
- Establish and maintain a database and prepare communication packages.
- Document the supply base for specific programs, analyze data including suppliers’ finances, manage specific business costs, perform calculations related to the supply base and components based on designs and manufacturing processes, and optimize business processes.
- In your position supporting the factory, you would need to know and learn the drive process so that you are able to appropriately plan your support in accordance to the actual drive factory/customers environment or situation.
- The ability to plan/strategies is very important as the volatile and ever-changing situation is encountered routinely.
- This position will exist within an environment in which to grow professionally, and to learn about the complexities of a large company.
About you:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Leadership, or any other related discipline.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with MS Team and/or Zoom for online communication

Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and analyzing security events and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
Help develop and update security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Contribute to incident response efforts by investigating security incidents, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise awareness of security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Stay current on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and trends through continuous learning and training opportunities.
Assist in other cyber security-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
Pursuing or successfully completed a Cyber / Information Security Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic or Singapore Polytechnic, or Cyber / Information Security Bachelor Degree from National University Singapore.
Able to commit for a 6-month duration, or longer.
Strong interest in Cyber Security, Computer Science and related fields.
