You will have the opportunity to work on through-the-line campaigns and given the freedom to create. You must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects would be advantageous. It would be ideal if you have a diploma or degree in design/advertising. But we’re not Boomers, so as long as you have the software skills and the talent, we will welcome you.
You need to be a go-getter and enthusiastic with a great attitude. The work will be hard, the hours will be long, but you will be well taken care of. We’re not looking for just designers or people who fancy themselves as creative just because they took a SkillsFuture course in Design 101, and have mastered photoshopping their own photos. We want someone who is brimming with ideas (but not stupid ones, because whoever said there are no stupid ideas is stupid), and always ready to share. Be humble please. There’s nothing more annoying than a person who is so full of him/herself. As much as we hate working overtime, it happens. But if you can’t wrap your head around working late, then be a newspaper delivery person, but good luck with that job. It doesn’t mean we want to exploit you, but more importantly, we want someone who is responsible and who wants to get the job done, at all cost.
