We are currently looking for a program coordinator to support our media, communication and event initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership and manage projects in a small and international team. S/he will be able to support exceptional founders in the growth of their company. 
The media initiatives, include a marketing strategy, PR as well as the establishment of a recurring video/podcast with founders and partners of the company.
Through the work, the successful candidate will get the skills, experience and network to manage and coordinate an acceleration program in Singapore and abroad. S/he will get a clear understanding of how a small, fast-moving investment firm works. S/he will meet with multiple stakeholders, build a network in Singapore and participate in the development of the startup ecosystem. S/he has the potential to learn how to structure investments in Singapore and abroad.
Key responsibilities:

Manage and launch media and marketing initiatives for the company
Support, coordinate and monitor the PortXL Singapore acceleration program and portfolio
Support the creation and development of internal processes and firm building initiatives
Support on event creation, organization and communication (workshops, panels, networking)

Desired skillset, personality traits:

Graduated or in pursuit of a degree. Entrepreneurship, or communication is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to write articles in English
Creative software skills (Adobe suite) would be a plus
Confortable using tech for communication (basic video, graphic design)
Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
