• Support Procurement Manager / Regional Procurement Manager in managing supplier relationship, sourcing and negotiating of pricing, commercial terms, supply agreements/contracts.• Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO)• Expedite and track progress of delivery for all Purchase Orders.• Generate report, review and distribute to the relevant department for review.• Ensure IProc requestor performs Goods Receipt in the system on a timely manner.• Update and maintain the Approved Vendor List.• Evaluate SGS Supplier on an annual basis.• Ensure timely update and upload of contract, savings into Procurement Tools (GEP)• Working in collaboration with Business functions to ensure activities are aligned and in compliance to the Procurement Policies and strategies as directed from Regional Procurement Manager.• Any other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager /Regional Procurement Manager.
Relationship Management (Internal/External)
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on procurement related matters.
Requirements
• Min Diploma or equivalent qualifications• Preferred relevant working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics / Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management. Fresh graduate with strong interest in Procurement are welcome to apply.• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers/ internal stakeholders.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel (E.g. Job Requirements

Excellent understanding of general machine learning techniques and popular models (linear regression, SVM, XGBoost/LightGBM, etc.), and basic deep-learning models.
Experience with development tools like Python, NumPy/Pandas, Scikit-learn and one deep-learning framework (Tensorflow / Keras / PyTorch)
Experience with data exploration tool and data visualization tool, such as matplotlib, Echarts, etc.
Better with experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
