The Role
FMA Operations Team are responsible for delivering high standard live football match coverage of various competitions under the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). The successful candidate will support the broadcast content delivery over satellite, fibre and IP from venue to Media Partner, ensuring high-quality and reliable coverage and delivery of AFC matches. As well as supporting the content management in the media asset management system (MAM), allowing all stakeholders to have access to content as soon as it happens for after. Candidate will work closely with Senior Manager, Technical Service and Content and Manger, Content Services in Operations team. 
The job will open the window of opportunity to learn how ports production works, how live broadcast is distributed to audience as well as the latest cloud technologies to manage content. 
Key Responsibilities 

Support the broadcasting team on daily administration work, – Keep record on key information on booking tool for satellite supplier; 
Create and update contact list for match day purpose – Support to ensure all bookings are done according to the planning
Check all the satellite, fibre and IP delivery are set properly on match day 
Involve in live feed projects and provide support on match day – Involve in Media Asset Management project and provide administration support 
Assist to monitor and manage usage statistics, spotting of trends and to also details to partner how they are keeping within their account 
Support coordinating and managing deadlines around the upload of post produced content from our service provider 
Support the freelancer co-ordination
