JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Responsible for daily stock taking, update to the system and conduct weekly summary report.
Ensure the quantity, types and details of collected waste is tally with collection order.
Performing waste segregation based on their characteristic and indicate waste treatment method after segregation.
Ensure the waste treatment method based on system and inform to respective team.
Work closely with different departments including transport to allocate the incoming waste to designated storage area.
Maintain good communication with operation including Incineration, pumping and WWTP related to the waste treatment method.
Perform sampling on the incoming waste as per SOP and ensure labelling on each sample.
Maintain safe work procedure and adhere to the EHS rule and regulations.

Position Summary
The Trainee, eCommerce (Graphic Designer) [6 months internship] will assist in the execution of digital graphics and creative assets that will aid the digital campaigns on various platforms, such as the UA website and various eCommerce sites (e.g., Lazada and Shopee). Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Liaison with marketplace key-account managers for campaigns through effective communication
Manage the production of design projects and ensure the quality of the final output
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all collaterals produced for all marketing channels
Copywriting skills are not mandatory but ideal to have for social ads captions and marketplace chat messages

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Proficiency in Adobe Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

What is it going to be like working with us?
