Review and ensure that Data Protection is included and covered adequately in the Service Level Agreements both within the Group as well as with external parties based on the Data Protection Agreement.
Work on and co-ordinate delivery of the Privacy Policy to Corporate Customer, Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institution and Vendors.
Preparation of DPO related report to Head Office and attend to the 2nd level control of APR where necessary


Operational Organization

Liaise between various unit and users for rolling out Local and Group Policies
Assist to organized meeting for the Asia Pacific Region and sit in during meetings to take minutes of meeting.
Assist in organizing Outsourcing Assessment and ensuring that they are completed by due date
Assist in impromptu request


Project Management

Assist in gathering data and documentation for project management purposes and sit in during meetings to take minutes of meeting.
Follow up with collection and administration of project status and issue reports
Ensure compliance within the project portfolio reporting cycle

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
