Assist in innovation projects inspiring business units in different geographies to be more customer centric and innovative
Oversee and develop internal campaigns to promote innovation within the organisation
Coordinate marketing campaigns on internal social media
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Develop and present ideas and strategies
Conduct research on innovation applications in other industries
Provide support in Design Thinking workshops/trainings logistics and setup
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job requirements:

Undergraduates who can commit for a minimum of 6 months are welcome to apply
Proficient with PowerPoint and familiar with MS Office tools
Familiarity with Adobe Suite will be an added advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE
This quality assurance role will work closely with project management teams on identifying & reconciling field quality issues and driving continuous improvement, making sure NielsenIQ’s data is reliable & trusted. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various quality tools as well as data analysis skills, and have excellent problem-solving skills including root cause analysis & process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with data collection methodologies
Ensure investigation is appropriately conducted considering robust analysis, documentation of root causes and identifying potential risks to fieldwork quality
Provide timely communication to the field team and/or vendor on any quality issues found
Identify appropriate remediation that will address the root cause of issues and proactively prevent similar issues from occurring
Use systems or tools to track data fluctuations and identify & address fieldwork issues through data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Diploma from an accredited college or university
Market research experience preferred but not required
Willing to travel around Singapore to do field witnessing
Good English communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance
Strong discipline, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Highly organized and capable of working independently as well as operating as part of a team
Adhere to work schedules and submit field reports within the operating schedule
Ability to carry out any other duties reasonably asked of you
