Amazon Web Services is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic intern to join the unique world of Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations in Singapore. This opportunity will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; it will boost your resume and provide a superb introduction to recruitment as well as operations.
Building the future is inspiring and fun but is never easy. This intern will join our Recruitment Coordination team which manages end to end interview scheduling activities and will provide exposure to our unique interview processes.
Schedule interviews through our interview tools and work directly with candidates and hiring managers as a custodian of the candidate experience.
Provide follow-up correspondence and communications to candidates and all involved stakeholders on recruiting status.
Coordinate onsite written assessments for the candidates.
Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling.
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Educate all stakeholders on recruiting process, scheduling best practice and lead them to drive the best candidate experience for AWS candidates.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed and get the opportunity to upskill and learn candidate sourcing with mentors through our sourcer training program.
Support projects for continuous improvement and work with regional counterparts to reduce process defects and invent and simplify our processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
This opportunity is for currently enrolled university students who have not yet graduated
You are currently working towards a 2+ years university degree in HR, economics, social sciences, humanities, or a related field, and have not yet graduated.
You have the right to work indefinitely in the country to which you are applying.
You are a self-starter with keen eye for details
You are resourceful and able to navigate in a dynamic environment
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are be results-driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.

Ensure ingredients have all pertinent documentation (Certificates of Analysis, pre-shipment approvals, etc. before their final release.
Sample ingredients, packaging materials, intermediate and final products both within the premises and at external storage if required.
Calibrate analytical equipment accordingly.
Conduct laboratory testing of equipment & processes to ensure accuracy and repeatability of quality data through process capability studies, control charting, methods validation, out of specification/out of trend analysis demonstrating that GLP is practiced consistently.
Document and maintain records of laboratory procedures, process and test data.
Keep record of chemicals, glass wares, reagents inventories and MSDS for all chemicals. Support the purchase of laboratory item.

Position Overview
Responsible for evaluating conformance to Company specifications for all ingredients from receiving to work in process to finished beverage bases, including processes, whether at Plant or at suppliers.
Ensure compliance with good laboratory (GLP) practices and good manufacturing practice (GMP), thereby adding value to the Company’s business.
Responsibilities
Evaluate ingredients, work in process, and finished beverage bases with physical-chemical, microbiological and sensory evaluation test procedures to ensure conformance to specification and in accordance to Company ‘s Quality system.
Complete the approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished product and ensure quality data are transacted in SAP.
Ensure ingredients have all pertinent documentation (Certificates of Analysis, pre-shipment approvals, etc. before their final release.
Sample ingredients, packaging materials, intermediate and final products both within the premises and at external storage if required.
Calibrate analytical equipment accordingly.
Conduct laboratory testing of equipment & processes to ensure accuracy and repeatability of quality data through process capability studies, control charting, methods validation, out of specification/out of trend analysis demonstrating that GLP is practiced consistently.
Document and maintain records of laboratory procedures, process and test data.
Keep record of chemicals, glass wares, reagents inventories and MSDS for all chemicals. Support the purchase of laboratory item.

Ideally, you should:
Have extensive experience in either organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, synthesis of materials.

Help set up the reaction, monitor reactions, and fundamental laboratory analysis.

Ordering of chemicals and consumables from registered vendors.
Help organize and maintain chemicals and consumable stocks.
Keeping the lab clean and tidy all the time.
