Set up necessary coordination calls between business units and necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding progress
Maintain up-to-date documentation on the BU Apps onboardings
Support and coordinate dry runs for the customer orders
Assist and support MindSphere sales presentation preparations for customers meetings
Maintain, review and update GTAC report on MindSphere technical support incidents, especially for China to optimize and improve customer experience
Coordinate regular alignment reviews with various stakeholders to ensure progress and resolution
Identify any potential issues and challenges
May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in IT / IT systems/ Application development / Cloud Platforms or equivalent
Mandarin speaking candidate is required as you will be mainly liaising with China stakeholders
Able to commit for the full internship for at least 4 – 6 months
Previous exposure through projects to IoT will be an added advantage

– Maintain the catalogue, property, and values, setup the best-in-class data asset– Identify and leverage best practice in the market to automate product catalogue information filling process– Execute catalogue operation strategy and roadmap, work closely with local operation teams, tech team and product team to implement it– End-to-end management and accountability of catalogue to drive relevancy, cleanness of category attribute value data– Optimize the metrics to measure catalogue quality and establish best practices– Develop framework to optimize and curate process automation via catalogue self-service tool
