Complaint handling – Effectively manage all customer complaints by logging and acknowledging all customer complaints within 24 hours.  Facilitate root-caused investigation with the respective CPS departments, providing status update and follow through on corrective actions with Bottlers.  Perform trend analysis and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
Outbound logistics and documentation control – Ensure completeness of shipment documentation and registration requirements for shipments. Trigger for shipments and container booking activities.

Problem Statement: Currently, the function document is not archive in a common area and document is very lengthy in word (not user-friendly). Drafts material for communication and response to incoming inquiries and relevant follow-up with clients
Assist in pre-event coordination and preparation for upcoming exhibitions (including but not restricted to the following: preparation of exhibitor manual, managing of the e-manual system, following up with exhibitors’ submissions etc.)
Liaising with internal and external customers in managing their requests and to provide excellent customer service
Going onsite to assist in actual running of trade exhibition (managing of Organiser`s office and other related duties)
Provide updates on all projects and respond to emails in a timely manner
