Main Job Scope

You will be developing a mobile app for a real world healthcare monitoring product. You will also be working on software coding on a server to determine the performance of the product. Our internships are paid, full time, 6-month opportunities that offer an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to pursuing a career in the music business.
We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with a passion for music, initiative, and heaps of creativity. Our interns need to be able to keep calm under pressure and prioritize their own workload. Music or marketing based experience, either personal or professional is great, it doesn’t have to be formal; it could be that you write your own blog, run your own events, design websites and manage social media accounts/pages.
Interns will get a chance to work and learn right at the heart of Sony Music, gain valuable experience and establish the start of their career in the music and entertainment industry.
As well as duties particular to the department and specific projects, some general and regular responsibilities for interns include – preparing documents and collaterals for weekly / ad hoc meetings / reports, social media management, press and music chart monitoring, marketing campaigns, asset creation, design work, project management, on-ground artist liaison responsibilities / organising promotional tours, curation of pitch decks, research and liaison & working at live events or video shoots as well as general support for the department(s).
