Mission:
The Product analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, and problem resolution. 1. Obtaining quotes for and placing purchase orders for goods and services based upon approved requisitions.  All purchasing to be done in accordance with Energy Drilling Corporate Procurement Policy and Energy Drilling Health Safety & Environment Procedures Manual.
2. Liaison with vendors/suppliers regarding all aspects of procurement, such as quotes, discounts, purchases, P.O. changes, returns for credit, etc.
3. Direct liaison with Rig Managers and Rig Superintendents to handle queries concerning rig requisitions. 
4. Physical verification with freight forwarder of correctness of goods when delivered.
5. Responsible for verification of correctness of all Purchase Orders and Material Movement Orders pertaining to their allocated rigs.
6. Responsible for allocation, as necessary, of correct account code to requisitions and purchase orders.
7. Responsible for maintenance of records of purchases pertaining to allocated rigs.
8. Responsible for maintaining his own catalogue library.
9. Responsible for adherence to Energy Drilling approved lists of repair companies, service companies and vendors.
10. Responding to queries from allocated rigs. 
11. Logistics and personnel management in shipyard for inbound and outbound traffic

TRADING ASSISTANT – OIL DERIVATIVE MARKETS
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our firm is expanding our energy trading desk hence we are currently looking to recruit motivated individuals to support the traders. As a trading assistant, your duties include:

Daily reconciliation and reporting of trade positions and profit & loss
Assist in gathering and analyzing of market data
Trade data entry – automation and upkeep of spreadsheets
Risk Management reporting and monitoring
