Hence, as Dietitians at Naluri, we:

Conduct nutrition care process for the public, corporate clients and patients digitally.
Provide nutrition care support to our users with evidence-based nutrition and medical nutrition therapy to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self.
Review daily food journals uploaded by users and provide feedback as continuous nutrition education and monitoring.
Work with other coaches from other specialties within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the users
Provide feedback to the team on your coaching experiences and also on the Naluri app (which includes: daily modules, features on the app, chatting)
Help review the existing modules, apps, expert dashboard and discuss new ideas with the team on future improvements and developments
Provide peer support and peer review to improve on coaching and user engagements
Actively participate in team meetings, trainings and be responsive in Dietitian chat groups.

We are familiar with face to face consultation / counselling sessions, hence online coaching can be quite challenging as most times we communicate with users asynchronously. We need to make every chat and responses meaningful for the users to want to continue engaging with us and finding our support meaningful to them. We may polish this skill as we engage with more users. Do not keep it to yourself, do share your concerns and reach out to other Dietitians and the team for support
Qualifications

Degree in Dietetics (with 1200 hours of supervised placement in clinical, community and food service dietetics)
Professional Membership: Asian Federation of Dietetic Association, Malaysian Dietitian Association, Singapore Nutrition & Dietetic Association, The Thai Dietetic Association, Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Association of the Philippines, Indonesian Dietetic Association or equivalent body
Eventual registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy for chronic diseases management
Keen interest in the application of digital technology
Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and interdisciplinary health care
