Sales and Retail Operations Support

Provide showroom with catalogues, brochures and relevant collaterals and ensuring there are sufficient stocks in the showroom
Monitor and replenish stock levels for regular items for showroom use (eg. Model brochures, Porsche sugar, serviettes, chocolates, etc.
Maintain showroom presence such as updating videos on TV screens as and when there are new materials and creating digital POS materials to upload on the large plasma screen
Oversee and maintain F&B matters in showroom and customer lounge by liaising with suppliers and pantry lady
Develop and execute festivities decorations such as Chinese New Year and Christmas
Develop and produce brand new Delivery Kits for New & Used Cars

Assist to update showroom phone messages when necessary
Assist to update showroom price lists when necessary
Assist to provide accurate price and product information on sgCarMart.com
Work with agency to update and create new spec sheets for all models
Coordinate with supplier and training manager to ensure all VES labels are correct for all catalogues, spec sheets and collaterals where VES is needed

Porsche Prospect/Customer Plan [PCP/CCP] Support

Assist and coordinate the mailing out of various PCP/CCP collaterals such as birthday cards, Fascination Porsche brochures, Welcome Mailings, Christophorus magazines, new car models Sales Round, and any other direct mailers
Liaise with Sales Admin and After Sales on providing items for new cars delivery kits and ensuring sufficient stocks

Administrative Duties

Assist to ensure all invoices are received
Assist to raise Market Support Forms and get the necessary approvals
Assist to process and file all invoices and quotations
Assist to administer billings to Importer and monthly accruals to Finance department
Assist on all and any ad-hoc administrative work pertaining to events, campaigns, etc. Assist with submitting monthly PROS overviews to Importer
Assist with travel bookings for overseas media launches or any other ad-hoc customers’ bookings
Assist with preparation of press kits for media test drives
Assist with procurement of bespoke or new items on an ad-hoc basis

Other Marketing Support

Management of Marketing store room and assist with tracking of stocks inventory
Management of Marketing Inbox by responding to enquiries and/or forwarding enquiries to the relevant departments
Support the preparation and execution of marketing events, including before, during and after event support
Support with any CRM & Marketing initiative
Monitor and order all things from PROS for Parts and Marketing
Prepare a social media brief every month and ensure that the social media calendar is up to date
Managing the Google MyBusiness profile for Porsche Singapore and ensuring it’s updated
