There are currently some misunderstandings among several community ambassadors, which has caused confusion for some of our members. This is the only post I want to make to clarify InterLink’s vision for version 4.0.

I know many of you are new to Web3 and consider @inter_link an extremely valuable asset, and you are worried that you will not receive HCS if you do not use ITLX. But do not worry about this. @inter_link will never abandon anyone (except hackers or those supporting fake account trading haha). HCS is calculated based on your total balance, and as long as you keep accumulating, your ITLG will naturally be verified by the AI over time. One more thing, make sure you avoid being burned and continue mining consistently, and the AI will give you certain advantages. There is no need to rush when our vision is long term, right?

In this post, I will explain why HCS is calculated starting from 4.0, why HCS is necessary, and why it cannot rely on ITLG alone.

First, why is HCS calculated starting from 4.0?
Many people ask why they have worked hard, yet their HCS appears similar to new users.
Answer: The truth is that by mining, you are accumulating the most important token, ITLG, especially in the early stages when it is much easier to collect. This is extremely important and cannot be ignored. And since the formula ensures verified tokens are always less than or equal to your ITLG balance, new users cannot exceed your verified amount even if they have high HCS, unless they increase their ITLG balance.

Second, why do we need HCS?
Answer: Without HCS, what would happen if all tokens were distributed equally? Everyone would be happy for a moment, but what they would end up holding is a pile of worthless tokens. The foundation of any successful project is having a strong ecosystem and real applications, combined with a precise and balanced token distribution, not too much and not too little. That is why HCS and AI are applied.

Finally, an important reminder:
The upcoming version will introduce new account security features. Make sure you never expose your email or other sensitive information, as there will be many new methods targeting your ITLG. When everything runs on a private blockchain, no one will be able to help you recover lost assets. After this post, I will focus on future direction and will no longer discuss HCS.

Can a Non Listed Token Still Become a Reserve Asset

There is a common assumption that a token must be listed on a public exchange before an organization can treat it as a reserve asset. In reality most regulatory frameworks do not require public trading. What matters is whether the asset has a verifiable supply transparent governance and a clearly documented economic function.

Across many jurisdictions companies can legally hold digital assets when the asset
• Can be verified on chain
• Follows transparent rules for issuance
• Is tied to genuine utility instead of pure speculation
• And can be valued through accepted methods such as OTC pricing or fair value models.

A non listed token that powers real activity inside a live ecosystem can satisfy these requirements and be used similarly to private equity units loyalty credits or internal digital instruments that enterprises already recognize as strategic reserves. Listing provides public price discovery. Reserve qualification is about structure stability and utility.

A strong treasury transparent supply rules and long term utility provide the foundation that institutions look for. With these elements in place the token becomes something stable enough to hold and use for internal balancing liquidity planning or corporate treasury diversification.
