Phase 2 of the InterLink Buyback Program is now complete. Thank you to every Contributor who participated!

📊 Phase 2 Final Results
• 235 wallets selected for the buyback
• Approximately 71,564.03 ITL acquired
• The selected wallets were divided into two groups:
- 215 wallets with asking prices ranging from $1.40 to $1.60 per ITL
- 20 randomly selected wallets with asking prices of $1.60 per ITL or higher

Purpose of the Buyback Program
- This buyback was not intended to influence, support, or signal the market price or value of ITL or InterLink Labs.

- The purpose of both buyback phases was to acquire ITL for the upcoming 10 Million Linkers Celebration. If your wallet was not selected, please do not be discouraged. Our priority was to secure the best possible prices so we could acquire as much ITL as possible for the wider InterLink community.

- Across the program, approximately 85–90% of selected wallets were chosen based on the most competitive asking prices. In Phase 2, this primarily included offers priced at $1.60 per ITL or below. The remaining 10–15% were selected randomly to give other participants an opportunity to take part.

- Our heartfelt thanks go to all selected Linkers who offered their ITL at reasonable prices. Your participation has enabled us to acquire more ITL to distribute back to the community. 💜

10 Million Linkers Celebration Rewards
All repurchased ITL will be distributed as rewards during the 10 Million Linkers Celebration to eligible contributors among @inter_link’s first 10 million users.

To qualify, users must:
- Have registered an @inter_link account before August 1, 2026
- Hold a balance of more than 10,000 ITLG
- Have successfully completed Step 1 Verification

Beyond allocating capital to the upcoming buyback campaign by @inter_link Labs, where approximately 92,000 ITL has been acquired and $240,000 has been deployed, nearly all participants who submitted sell offers below $1.60 per ITL have had their offers accepted and payments completed.

All ITL acquired through this campaign will be distributed to Linkers who have been part of InterLink since its early stages, as a way of recognizing and giving back to those who have contributed to this journey from the beginning.

With the core infrastructure now reaching a stable stage and key dApps across the ecosystem beginning to operate officially, InterLink Foundation (@itl_fdn) is preparing for the next phase of expansion.

The Foundation will begin exploring opportunities to acquire or strategically invest in high-quality companies and projects that can be brought into and contribute to the InterLink ecosystem. The objective is to expand InterLink Foundation’s presence and influence across the broader technology and digital asset industry.

Our primary areas of focus will include:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Real-World Assets (RWA)
• Payments
Rather than relying on external funding, we intend to use our own resources and self-funded capital to invest, acquire, and build toward the long-term objectives we have set.
Our ambition is not simply to grow an ecosystem. We want to build the infrastructure, products, companies, and strategic capabilities necessary for InterLink to establish a meaningful position in payments and real-world assets, while continuing to explore how AI can strengthen the entire ecosystem.

This is the next stage of InterLink Foundation’s long-term expansion.

So many events have been happening over the past few days!

Congratulations to @MaheshMagnus1 , our India Leader, on hosting such a great event. Really appreciate all the effort and contribution from the team! 🇮🇳

The key messages I want to convey to @inter_link Labs (@reina_itl , @scott_itlg ) for the InterLink 10M Linkers event:

- Everyone should have the opportunity to own ITL.
- ITL should be used for payments and contribute to the ecosystem, rather than being treated as a speculative asset.

Hi @scott_itlg, I know you’re doing your best and putting a lot of effort into your work. With the 10M Linkers Celebration being such an important milestone, I’d like to suggest two mechanisms:

Instead of having users chase individual metrics without knowing exactly what is required, we should establish clear criteria that guarantee eligibility for at least Migration Round 1. For example, accounts registered within a certain period, a minimum HCS level, and a minimum mining rate could automatically receive 3/3 verification once all requirements are met. This would give Linkers a clear and transparent target to work toward.
Migration Round 2 for users who completed Round 1 should also be accelerated, with priority based on clear criteria. For example, users who fully locked their ITLG in Round 1 as a long-term commitment, users who still maintain an ITL balance after receiving 100% of their migration allocation, or users who have demonstrated strong performance and meaningful contributions to the ecosystem.

I believe these initiatives should be implemented during September as a way to recognize and give back to the Linkers who have remained committed, contributed to the ecosystem, and supported InterLink throughout the journey to 10 million users.

Over the past week, the spirit of InterLink has traveled across borders.
