UAVs of the Security Service of Ukraine hit an instrument-making plant in Murom, Vladimir region of the rf. The plant produces:
• means of initiating and igniting ammunition (for artillery, missiles, grenades, etc.),
• pyrotechnic systems for catapulting and rescue equipment in aviation,
• igniters for mines and explosive devices,
• components for fire-fighting systems for military equipment,
• igniter capsules for small arms (including army and special weapons).
Since 2023, the plant has been under sanctions by Ukraine and the EU. The governor of the region confirmed the drone attack and stated that "fires broke out in warehouses"

On the night of May 1, 2025 (from 19:30 on April 30), the enemy attacked with 5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 170 strike UAVs, of which 74 were shot down and 68 enemy UAVs were lost in location. The Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk and Kyiv regions were affected by the enemy attack

Yesterday, a minerals deal was signed between Ukraine and the United States in a version favorable to Ukraine
The agreement specifies a list of minerals, the extraction of which it concerns, consisting of 57 minerals. These are only new deposits, licenses for which Ukraine will issue after the agreement enters into force. This list can be expanded only with the consent of the parties. The agreement does not regulate the extraction and income from the extraction of other minerals that are not specified in the agreement.
Ukraine invests in a 50/50 format in a joint fund the income from the sale of licenses and rent payments from the extraction of these minerals, but has the right to transfer additional funds there as well.
The US contribution will be, in particular, new supplies of weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The document does not transfer the deposits to the ownership of the US and does not subordinate Ukraine to the American legal system, all disputes are resolved on a parity basis, on the basis of consultations
