The main plan is an offensive in the Chernihiv region.
It's a shame that this is complete nonsense.

The agency reports that Russia increased its maritime crude oil supplies to a record 4.13 million b/d (a four-week period until June 28). The volume of oil at sea has risen to 133 million barrels (+34% compared to mid-April), and there are traffic jams at Mersa el-Kabir (Egypt) and in the Riau area (Singapore).
At the same time, the gross value of exports has fallen to its lowest level since March, when prices began to rise. Urals in the Baltic and Black Seas is around $63 per barrel, and ESPO is $74. Prices in the Baltic are now half of what they were in early May.
The agency notes that Ukraine's attacks on refineries (Ufa, Yaroslavl, Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Moscow) have prompted the redirection of raw materials for export. Supplies to Asia reached 3.98 million b/d; to China - 1.08 million b/d, to India - 0.74 million b/d, and another 2.13 million b/d with no final destination.
Against the backdrop of sluggish demand from China, Moscow will likely have to offer large discounts, according to Bloomberg.

China secretly trained Russian forces last year, personally approved by Defence Minister Andrei Belousov and involving at least four generals from both sides, according to European officials and classified documents.
The training included a three-week course on radiological, chemical, and biological warfare defence at a Beijing military facility in November โ Russian soldiers were photographed studying a model nuclear reactor and receiving instruction on "chemical" and "radiation reconnaissance."
Around 200 Russian personnel were trained, some of whom have since fought in Ukraine โ EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas confirmed the training on June 15.
Russia's delegation was led by Colonel General Rustam Muradov, deputy commander-in-chief of the land forces. China called the allegations "entirely unfounded"; Russia's defence ministry did not respond.

According to sources close to the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF), Russia is producing Iranโs Su-35 aircraft at a steady pace, with a total of 30 jets expected to be completed by the beginning of next year (early 2027).
Based on the available information, 16 aircraft had been completed by March, with one additional unit delivered in April, bringing the total to 17. As of July, the number is estimated to have reached 19 or 20 aircraft.
The cost of storing these completed fighters in Russia has become a significant burden for Iran. The aircraft will not be flown until the damaged infrastructure at Hamadan Airbase (Noje Airbase) has been fully restored. Engineering units are said to be working around the clock on the reconstruction.
Also, three Su-35 simulators have been purchased and are expected to be delivered to Iran shortly.
