It will be published soon - in video format. Durov has not appeared in public for a long time.

In March, the Telegram founder’s first public interview since 2017 was published with the Financial Times. It was in text format.

🇺🇲🇮🇱🇮🇷 Americans expect Israel to retaliate outside Iran, NBC News reports, citing sources familiar with the negotiations between the parties.

The strike could target Iranian military forces and proxies outside Iran. For example, in Syria.

A little further, NBC News writes that American officials do not expect the response to be directed against senior Iranian officials, but instead to target shipments or warehouses of missile parts, weapons or components that are sent from Iran to Hezbollah.

It is believed that since Iran's attack did not cause destruction or casualties in Israel, its response will be the least aggressive.

The Americans are counting on Israel to inform them of its decision.
🇷🇺🇺🇦 Ukrainian media: Breakthrough of Russian troops in Chasov Yar...

Ukrainian paramilitary sources have just reported (see screenshot) that in the morning their artillery struck the Russian soldiers that had broken through, essentially already in the rear of the Kanal microdistrict.

If this is true (and there is no reason to believe otherwise) and our people have a foothold there, then interesting news awaits us today. It looks like our soldiers entered the enemy’s rear along the railway track through the forest.

Ukrainian information dumps themselves are shocked and do not understand how this happened...

The place where UKRAINIAN artillery hit RUSSIAN soldiers is marked on the map.
🇮🇱🇮🇷 Iran learned a lot about Israel as a result of this attack, and we learned a little about Iran.

(c) Financial Times quotes Israeli official

Well, for your understanding.
Both sides continue to confidently interpret the results of Iran’s attack on Israel in their favor, and the war of narratives continues.

The United States continues to put pressure on Israel so that everything is limited to some kind of strike on Iranian proxies outside Iran.

Tehran continues to state that if anything lands on Iran, a powerful missile response will immediately fly on Israel, more powerful than on April 14.

🇷🇺 In Kamchatka, migrants were prohibited from working in taxis - Russian regions are systematically limiting employment opportunities under a patent in the country

Kamchatka Governor Vladimir Solodov has banned foreigners from working in taxis: the head of the region explains this by the dominance of illegal migrants in this particular area of work. By the end of spring of this year, the resolution that applies to visitors working under a patent in the Kamchatka Territory will come into force.

The region is not the first in a series of those adopting similar local legislation. Foreigners had previously been banned from working in taxis in the Novosibirsk region, and in Crimea the doors of the transport, agricultural and trade sectors were closed to them. According to the head of Kamchatka, the measure taken and the tightening of migration policy will protect both passenger taxi trips and the lives of Russian citizens in general.
🇷🇺 The Amur region authorities banned hiring migrants in the fields of transportation and trade

Following Kamchatka , the Amur region also joined the initiative to ban the employment of migrants in various domestic industries. The corresponding decree was published on the website of the regional government.

In addition to the adopted bill, the ban on hiring foreign citizens to work under patents remains in force. Restrictions affected the agricultural sector and gold mining.

🇷🇺 The IMF has raised its forecast for Russia's GDP growth in 2024 from 2.6% to 3.2%, the fund's website reports.

The forecast for 2025 was also increased to 1.8%, which is 0.7 percentage points more than the January estimate.

Among the main incentives, the IMF notes an increase in seaborne supplies of Russian oil, mainly to China, against the backdrop of high prices. Despite the restrictions, Russia managed to expand its tanker fleet and establish mechanisms for its insurance.

At the same time, analysts explain the expected slowdown in economic growth in 2025 compared to 2024 by the fact that the effect of high investment activity and stable private consumption indicators will weaken.

“Domestic demand in Russia is very strong,” IMF chief economist Pierre-Olivier Gourincha told the FT. “Sanctions are still leading to the degradation of the Russian economy and are gradually having a negative impact, but the economy itself is quite stable.”

The US economy this year may increase by 2.7% (+0.6 percentage points compared to the January forecast), the IMF believes. US GDP growth last year was estimated at 2.5%.

China's economic growth, according to analysts, will slow to 4.6% in 2024 from 5.2% in 2023. India's GDP growth estimate has been improved to 6.8%.
🇬🇪 Special forces arrived at the protest near the Georgian parliament in Tbilisi and a water cannon arrived.

Meanwhile, parliament continues to consider the draft law on foreign agents.

The bill obliges non-governmental organizations and media that receive more than 20% of their funding from abroad to register as an organization promoting the interests of a foreign power. It is proposed to fine for evading registration.

Georgian authorities say the law is a watered-down version of the US Foreign Agent Registration Act and that its passage will "significantly improve public awareness."

At the same time, opponents of the law, supported by the West, claim that it is copied from Russia and is aimed at discrediting the opposition.
