โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ In the first time, or at least, a very, very, very, long time, from the Suez to the shores of Hawaii, not a single US Military flight is registered on public flight radars - it seems that all flights have turned off their transponders.

Which is unnatural to say the least, at least several flights would be registered and be flying at any given time

Calm before the storm?

โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช One of my close friends actually gave me a pretty good theory.

So - Houthis use ADS-B for guidance and SA, and its VERY easy to track ADS-B, there are literally apps on Google Play Store and a few dozens of dollars of equipment that can trace it - so, the Americans turned off their transponders and anything that may emit ADS-B

As for why flights on the other side of the Planet (the Pacific) is doing that, its because they probably want to mask which units are going, and how many are arriving, at least causing confusion to OSINT and open source stuff, and I doubt the Houthis have the CIA or SVR on their paycheck.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ The Washington Post published an insider according to which the United States will be able to supply Ukraine with more air defense equipment if it exports shells for Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems from Japan.

It is worth noting that due to the shortage of air defense systems in Ukraine and the lack of a decision in the US Congress on funding assistance to Kyiv, Washington began to rely more on allies to provide urgent support in the field of arms.

Tokyo is expected to ease arms export rules this week, allowing Japan to supply the United States with Patriot missiles. Thus, Washington will replenish its reserves and send โ€œ more of the latest air defense systems to Ukraine .โ€

It is not yet known how many interceptor missiles Japan can transfer to the United States, however, it is clarified that a decision on the number will be made โ€œ relatively soon .โ€

๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ Catholic Relief Services, the leading US Catholic humanitarian agency, got the US Congress to officially send GPS coordinates of 4 Catholic sites (churches and convents) in Gaza that shouldn't be struck.

Israel confirmed receiving the list but 2 of the sites were still hit by the IDF, a church and a convent, shelled by IDF tanks and fired at by IDF snipers who killed a mother and her daughter harboring in the church (an act the Pope latter qualified as "terrorism").

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ How will the Ukraine war end? Victory against Russia looks unlikely

As the second anniversary of the war approaches, [Kiev] is finding it far more difficult to impose its sovereignty on the battlefield, with hopes of imminent victory fading and the focus shifting to ensuring that no further land is lost.

Ukrainian generals said this week that Russia was on the offensive in the east of the country and that troops were being forced to downsize some military operations because of artillery shortages. โ€œWe canโ€™t respond to everything the Russians are throwing at us. Itโ€™s as painful as hell,โ€ said Yurash.

The scale of Ukraineโ€™s casualties is classified but there is no longer any attempt to disguise that losses are huge. โ€œI donโ€™t even give the new guys call signs any more. Most of them donโ€™t last long,โ€ said a Ukrainian soldier in the Kharkiv region, speaking on the condition of anonymity.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐ŸŒ Ukrainian Rada announces bill on the mobilization of men abroad

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will soon introduce a bill on the mobilization of men abroad. Deputy, member of the parliamentary defense committee Vadim Ivchenko said this in an interview with Radio Liberty.

โ€œPeople abroad will, just like Ukrainians in Ukraine, go through the same procedures. That is, they will need to go through identification. If you pass and are on the list of those who are subject to mobilization, you will receive a summons. And then itโ€™s your choice: either you go back, or you stay there, and this will be a violation of the law,โ€ the peopleโ€™s deputy said.

Ukrainians who do not pass the โ€œidentificationโ€ procedure may be denied consular services. It is also possible that financial institutions will introduce a mandatory military registration requirement for male clients. Including those physically located abroad, if they do not provide โ€œmilitaryโ€ documents, they may even stop servicing their bank card.
