This Terms of Service applies to the use of the IntelScope bot and all services offered through it. By using the bot you agree to these terms and understand that the bot operates as a purchase, credit, key, voucher, and support management platform.
A key is required to track your account balance and access credit-based services. You may use an existing key or generate a new one through the bot, but if a new key is created you are responsible for saving it securely because it cannot be recovered if lost. Keep your key private and understand that you are responsible for any activity that occurs with it.
Credits are purchased through the bot and stored against your key, and they remain available until spent. When you use credits for a service, the amount is deducted from your key balance when the purchase is processed. Credits are currently priced at 1 credit = €1. The bot supports package top-ups and custom top-ups; custom purchases must be a positive whole number of credits. Credits are added via invoice payments, and if a payment is partially completed the bot may credit a proportional amount of credits based on the amount paid.
Purchases are processed through the bot and generally require a purchase ticket. If the purchase ticket cannot be created, the bot restores the credits or the voucher so your balance is not changed. Purchases may require staff or admin review before they are completed. A purchase ticket stays open until it is closed by staff or by the user, and you may not open a new purchase ticket while an existing one is open.
Vouchers are an alternate payment option and may be bound to a key for eligible purchases. When a voucher is used, it is consumed by the purchase flow rather than deducting credits. Vouchers are subject to availability and eligibility rules, and when a voucher is held for a purchase it may be temporarily removed from use until the ticket is closed.
Credits are not automatically refunded simply because a service returns incomplete information, but if a lookup returns no results the bot may refund the purchase. Refunds are also considered in specific circumstances such as a purchase cancellation by staff, a technical failure preventing completion, or explicit admin approval. If a refund is approved credits may be returned to the same key, and if a voucher payment is refunded the voucher may be returned to the original key. Once a purchase is completed successfully, credits are treated as consumed unless a refund is explicitly approved.
The bot provides access to services and manages the purchase process, but it does not guarantee that any service will return a result, produce a match, or provide usable information. Some services may return no results, incomplete results, or no usable information, and the bot’s responsibility is limited to processing the purchase request and managing the transaction according to these rules.
The bot includes a support ticket system for assistance with credits, keys, vouchers, purchases, and service issues. Support tickets are handled by staff and may result in confirmation messages and any applicable actions regarding credits or vouchers.
You are responsible for keeping your key secure and private, understanding the credit cost of each service before purchasing, using the bot only for lawful and appropriate purposes, and maintaining access to the account or contact method you use to interact with the bot.
The bot may limit, suspend, or restrict access if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected, including repeated failed purchases, attempts to exploit the system, voucher misuse, or behavior that interferes with the operation of the bot.
This bot is designed to manage purchases, credits, keys, vouchers, and support requests in a structured way. Continued use of the bot means you accept changes to the way services, credits, and purchases are handled, and the bot may update its operation over time.
