Iran and the USA alike are testing the resolve of the other side
The USA pushes Iran towards making concessions to their hardline positions while Iran is insisting on its positions - refusing concessions and instead threatens retaliation for any sort of large scale military actions against Iran/irgc.
Not even my most reliable soures can tell me - or rather hint at - what will happen.
But one thing is certain: Iran has found the recipe for dealing with the Trump administration = cause economic damages to an extent where it could lead to a globale economic crisis.

The clashes ceased after approximately half an hour, as an infiltration attempt by Arab tribes into the village of Ashma was repelled, and the Public Security convoy accompanying the tribes was prevented from entering the village. Efforts are currently underway to de-escalate the situation between the Kurdish and Arab tribes.
