1. Specific
A clear goal is a powerful one. Define your objective in detail. Instead of saying "I want to get fit," specify "I want to lose 10 pounds by jogging three times a week and adopting a balanced diet."
2. Measurable
Tracking progress keeps you motivated. Set quantifiable metrics, like "I will save $500 per month" or "I'll read 20 pages a day." This way, you can see how far you've come.
3. Achievable
Dreams should be big, but goals should be realistic. Ensure your goal is attainable given your resources, time, and skill set. For instance, aiming to run a marathon without prior training might not be feasible.
4. Relevant
Goals should align with your long-term objectives. Ask if your goal contributes to your personal growth, career, or overall well-being. If it doesn't, consider adjusting it.
5. Time-Bound
Deadlines add urgency. Set a specific timeframe to your goal. Instead of saying "I'll write a book someday," commit to "I'll finish writing my book by December 31st."

Have you used this technique to set your goals before?🌟
