TV 🎥 That Inspires Integrity

Developing character strengths and life skills is essential to kids' overall growth and success. These TV shows help kids 👶🏻 learn the value of telling the truth, acting sincerely, treating people equally, and taking responsibility.

The character strength of integrity ✨ surfaces in these shows by being intrinsic to the story and being repeated several times in the actions of a lead character, and it "wins" over character flaws such as dishonesty.

In looking for people 🔎 to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence and energy. And if they don’t have the first, the other two will kill you.

What makes children 🤔 more honest than adults?

Children has yet to learn to filter 🔎 out words and the idea that some things are better left unsaid (also known as tact). Children are notorious for being brutally honest because they have yet to understand abstract concepts such as honesty.

This could also be the charm or innocence of a child because they speak their 🧠 mind. What makes them different from adults is that while adults don’t always say what they mean and try to avoid conflict by not being fully honest or so that they don’t hurt another persons feelings, childrens opinions are much more credible.

Copyright is a creation of law in each country, and therefore there is no such thing as an international copyright law. Nevertheless, nearly 180 countries have ratified a treaty – the Berne Convention, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) – that sets a minimum set of standards for the protection of the rights of the creators of copyrighted works around the world.

In addition, there have been efforts to harmonize copyright law in Europe and other regions. The differences in national copyright laws, however, can represent a challenge for global organizations with employees working in different countries and sharing content across boundarie

Ways to promote 🗣 Integrity in the workplace

➡️ Teach your Employees what you mean by Integrity

It is easiest to teach integrity through stories, animated movies, films, slide shows, and concrete examples. You should take the time to display these resources at the workplace.

➡️ Be unbiased in your compensation decisions

It is vital that you pay similar compensation to employees who are in similar roles. It’s obvious that if an organization’s compensation system is discriminatory, the organization doesn’t understand the concept of integrity.

➡️ Make your Employees aware of your competitors

Your employees should know that if the competitors outperform you, then it will be more difficult for your organization to make money. And if the organization makes money, they will share in that success through their compensation.

Tips to break ❌ a Lying habit

➡️ Take it one day at a time

If you’re trying to be more honest, don’t attempt to flip a switch and stop lying entirely from that point forward. Sure, it might sound like a good plan, but it’s not realistic.

➡️ Consider the goal of the lie

Dishonesty might help you stall when you need to make a decision, but it generally doesn’t solve problems.

➡️ Avoid trying to justify or validate dishonesty

Bryant’s 2008 study suggests most people generally accept white lies as harmless. In some cases, white lies might even be encouraged as a common part of social interaction.

How to use Quotation 🤔 Marks?

The primary function of quotation marks is to set off and represent exact language (either spoken 🗣 or written) that has come from somebody else.

The quotation mark is also used to designate speech acts in fiction and sometimes poetry. Since you will most often use them when working with outside 📃 sources, successful use of quotation marks is a practical defense against accidental plagiarism and an excellent practice in academic honesty.

3 Practical ✅ Steps to Stop Lying

➡️ Try to figure out what pressured you to lie.

What were you trying to hide? What would have been a better way, to tell the truth?

➡️ Tell someone when you lie.

Admitting a lie can make a world of difference, and while it might hurt your pride, it’s far better than being a liar. Even better, confess to the person you lied to immediately and seek their forgiveness.

➡️ Talk to others about their expectations of you.

If you find yourself lying to cover up how you have fallen short of others expectations of you have a conversation with your parents, friends, or teachers in order to come to an agreement about what is reasonable for them to expect.
