With the theme of “_____-in-Progress”, the 2021 edition of the festival invites visitors to reflect on their journeys in the past year as we embrace and adapt to the new normal, and hopes to inspire all with a renewed sense of optimism for the coming year.

Guests can look forward to an exciting night exploring the festival’s immersive onsite experiences, such as the iconic light projections on Civic District monuments, alongside engaging online and hybrid online-offline initiatives, including augmented reality encounters and art-inspired Instagram filters.
