Mak, also known as @cool, has opened a dispute after Eagleswap froze $80K of a user’s funds, despite claiming it does not require KYC or freeze funds.

Eagleswap also updated its terms of service on October 19, after the swap, stating it would not be responsible if funds were frozen.

On October 21, a senior employee fell victim to a social engineering scam and shared the seed phrase to the exchange’s hot wallet with an attacker, who stole over $16M.
