I was privileged to participate as a youth representative for the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) at the West and Central African Regional Conference held in Accra, Ghana .
As part of a Ghana–ICAN partner organization, I engaged with diplomats, international organizations, and civil society leaders on strengthening the universalization and implementation of the TPNW . The conference reaffirmed Africa’s moral leadership in disarmament and the essential role of youth in shaping inclusive security policies.
Grateful for the space to contribute youth perspectives to global nuclear disarmament efforts.
