በዋትሳፕ፣ በቴሌግራም እና በሌሎች የመልዕክት መላላኪያ ፕላትፎርሞች የሚፈጸሙ የሳይበር ጥቃቶችን አስመልክቶ የቀረበ የጥንቃቄ መልዕክት

የኢንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት አስተዳደር (ኢመደአ)፤ በሀገራችን የዲጂታል ትስስር መስፋፋትን ተከትሎ በዋትሳፕ (WhatsApp)፣ በቴሌግራም (Telegram) እና በሌሎች የመልዕክት መላላኪያ ፕላትፎርሞች አማካኝነት በዜጎች ላይ የሚሰነዘሩ የሳይበር ጥቃቶችና የማጭበርበር ድርጊቶች በአሳሳቢ ሁኔታ እየጨመሩ መምጣታቸዉን በተለያዩ መንገዶች ማረጋገጥ ችሏል።

በአሁኑ ወቅት በሀገራችን የሚካሄዱ የተለያዩ ሲምፖዚየሞችን፣ ዓለም አቀፍ መድረኮችን እና የኦንላይን ስብሰባዎችን እንደ መልካም አጋጣሚ በመጠቀም፣ የሳይበር ወንጀለኞች የእነዚህን ኩነቶች ስም ለሀሰተኛ ድርጊቶቻቸው መጠቀሚያ እያደረጉት ይገኛሉ።

እነዚህ አካላት የማህበረሰቡን የግል መረጃ ለመስረቅ፣ የባንክ ሂሳቦችን ለመመዝበር እና የዲጂታል ደህንነትን ለማናጋት በተቀናጀ መልኩ እየሰሩ መሆኑን አስተዳደሩ በክትትልና በምርመራ አረጋግጧል።

እነዚህ የሳይበር ጥቃቶች የሚፈጸሙት ማህበረሰቡ ትኩረት የሚሰጣቸውን "ተፈላጊ" እና "ወቅታዊ" የሆኑ ጉዳዮችን መነሻ በማድረግ በተዘረጋ ስልታዊ የማታለያ ዘዴ ነው።

አጭበርባሪዎቹ "ለሲምፖዚየሙ ተሳታፊዎች የተዘጋጀ ነጻ የኢንተርኔት ፓኬጅ"፣ "ልዩ የስራ ቅጥር" ወይም "ይህ የስብሰባ መሳተፊያ ሊንክ ነው፤ ከፍተው ይግቡ" የሚሉ አሳሳችና ማራኪ መልዕክቶችን በማሰራጨት ተጠቃሚዎች በመልዕክቱ ውስጥ የተካተተውን ሊንክ (Link) እንዲጫኑ ያደርጋሉ።
