Company Culture is not a polished text on your "about" page, and not an inspiring motto on team calls.
It is about RELATIONSHIPS:
πΈ How the founders (management team) treat their team (whole cycle from the hiring & onboarding till their last days in the company);
πΈ How the team members treat each other;
πΈ How employees feel about the management;
πΈ How everyone in the company treats the customers, users and external partners;
πΈ How each person inside the team perceives the company role in their life and their role for the companyβs future;
πΈ How the management behaves in crisis times and how it influences all the aboveβ¦
Itβs not something you think about a lot in the early stage startup, and of course, you donβt formalise it before achieving some milestones.
