In MIUI 13, China ROM maybe will have multilang support.

Currently, applications are running while showing the contents in the language you selected, while System UI and some other elements are still in English.

If you have MIUI 12.5 China Beta, you can open it as follows:
1. Download Activity Launcher from Google Play.
2. Search for "com.android.settings.Settings$LanguageAndInputSettingsActivity" from Activity Launcher.
3. In the Language section, add the language as in the video.
